John S. Sinkus leverages his more than 30 years of business systems integration, enterprise architecture, business analytics, business and project thought leadership and CIO experience to successfully advise clients regarding their M&A business and technology strategies, designs and transactional integrations. An accomplished practitioner in the M&A, finance, human resource, and management consulting industries, John has successfully orchestrated several large-scale, global projects with responsibility for budgets ranging over $250 Million and project teams spanning several countries. John advises and works with clients throughout all phases of the Mergers & Acquisition lifecycle, from Strategy and Readiness through Due Diligence, Stabilization and Optimization.

John is the President of DivIHN Solutions, a division of DivIHN Integration Inc., and serves as Senior Advisor to M&A Partners. Prior to joining DivIHN, John was the founder and president of BTE Consulting, a national enterprise architecture and IT Solutions consulting firm, serving over 70 clients with distinction. John also served as European CIO for a major international benefits administration firm where he managed the IT operations of 13 offices in eight countries, delivering integrated technical solutions to meet European business needs.

A noted speaker and thought leader, John frequently presents to Fortune 1000 CEOs and boards, as well as at numerous business and technology seminars. He is the co-author of an enterprise architecture-based M&A IT integration methodology currently utilized by numerous companies. He is a board member, mentor and teacher to our next generation of technology leaders through the Illinois Technology Foundation, on behalf of the nations STEM initiative. John holds  Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago, and a degree in International Business Management from Ashridge Business School, Berkhamsted, United Kingdom.
