HR M&A Integration Expert Needed
A client of the Talent Services Division of the M&A Leadership Council needs an experienced and accomplished HR Executive/Leader with deep M&A Integration experience. Target has very little HR support currently. This is a full-time project assignment expected to start mid-April and continue for 4-6 months. Pay will be commensurate with experience. Potential contractor needs to be based in San Antonio and no travel is required. Must be able to demonstrate very high deal count of integrations as the HR Lead.
Must be able to do the following:
- work autonomously
- lead/drive integration plans
- spearhead communications with the target organization
- manage risks/challenges
- report effectively to the acquiring organization located in a different city
Healthcare background strongly preferred; specifically, dealing with physicians.
