INTEGRATION LEAD POSITION  
Lead and implement business enterprise integration and transformation in support of business enterprise integration. Work with the client and military departments to identify and implement transformation initiatives and develop business system capabilities to support the transformation. Support the client’s mission in leading process reengineering within business areas and lead the development of IT information, data, and technical standards to enable life cycle real property, I&E, safety and occupational health management, and support oversight of IT investments for all systems to ensure compliant, cost-effective, and integrated solutions. Lead or provide oversight over performance of tasks in support of business enterprise integration, including business enterprise integration program planning, business process reengineering services, business enterprise transition planning, information modeling, enterprise architecture services, business system modernization, information technology investment reviews, risk mitigation analysis, and technical interchange meetings.

Basic Qualifications:
-10 years of experience in a program management role 
-10 years of experience with managing technical integration and solution delivery 
-Experience with direct program management and direct execution roles in functional business areas, enterprise architecture, strategic planning and program implementation, portfolio management, or risk assessment and communication. 

 

PMO POSITION 
Maintain responsibility for the coordination and completion of DoD acquisition projects. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.

Basic Qualifications: 
-5+ years of experience with project management 
-Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in program management 
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 
-Ability to lead and direct the work of others 
-Ability to perform a variety of tasks 
-Ability to obtain a security clearance required 
-BA or BS degree 

Additional Qualifications: 
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills 

 

CYBER SECURITY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Work closely with the CIO and IT leadership in merging two separate Cyber Security operating models and transforming into a modernized IT department. Provide program support to IT, including leading briefings, provide data and analysis to leadership, and advise on transformational activities in network defense, compliance, and vulnerability assessment. Play a key role in supporting the operations and intelligence collection capabilities conducted through the use of computer networks to proactively detect and neutralize security weaknesses, and gather data from subject automated information systems or networks. Interface with IT leadership daily and deliver status and reporting on a routine basis to key management.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years experience with network or security system administration, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, or Cyber Security
-Experience with security architecture research and design and implementation services
-Experience with Security Operations Centers (SOC)
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-Experience in working with various levels of end-users within an organization
-Experience with prioritizing and completing deliverables and activities in a timely fashion for fast-paced and high profile projects
-Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM methodology, processes, and best practices
-Knowledge of security controls in compliance with NIST standard 4.1
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
 
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including as they relate to IT

 

IT SECURITY CONSULTANT
The IT Security Consultant will be part of an IT Security team supporting projects in the areas of security assessments, security infrastructure design and implementation, and PCI services.

Education: 
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required 
- Professional certifications such as QSA, ASV, CISSP, CEH, CPT, OSCP, OSCE, and CISM preferred 
 
Experience: 
- Five (5) or more years of professional experience required 
- Experience performing IT Security Assessments, including static, dynamic, and manual assessments preferred 
- Experience leading and managing teams of security consultants preferred 
 
Software: 
- Must be able to use at least two of the following proficiently and instruct others on them: Nessus, Burp, Metasploit Framework/Pro, and the Social Engineering Toolkit; or have strong experience with PCI 
- Must have solid working experience and knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux operating system 
- Familiarity of Network and System architecture analysis required. Fundamentals of network routing & switching and assessing network device configurations required 
- Scripting (Windows/*nix), Bash, Python, Perl, or Ruby is strongly preferred 
- Strong familiarity with OWASP top 10, PTES and NSA Vulnerability and Penetration Testing Standards required 
- Experience with PCI DSS, HITRUST, ISO 27001/2 preferred 
 
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
- A strong understanding of web, mobile, and thick client Application Security, static and dynamic testing, and Secure SDLCs 
- A working understanding of application layer vulnerabilities, and the business impact associated with those vulnerabilities 
- A strong desire to be a part of and grow a nationwide, elite IT Security team 
- Strong written and oral communication skills 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple high-priorities 
- Approximately 20% out-of-town travel to client locations is typical for IT security consultants 
- Consultants work from their local office when not visiting client locations
