Tony Enlow

Tony Enlow serves as one of Bennett Thrasher’s M&A Market Leads in the Texas region – based in the Dallas area.  In his role, Tony is responsible for serving and building relationships with clients and other service providers surrounding the deal environment. Tony regularly shares his network of deal-related service providers to assist clients with their transaction opportunities.

Tony has more than 25 years delivering transaction advisory insights to clients, including eight years in the Big4. Tony specializes in advising private equity and corporate investors on mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, recapitalizations and divestitures. Tony brings a hands-on approach to servicing clients.

In addition to his Big4 experience, Tony also brings extensive middle-market experience to Bennett Thrasher, having served in three top 20 middle market CPA firms. Tony has experience in a wide range of industries including flexible packaging, construction equipment and crane rental, trucking and logistics, manufacturing, multi-location retail and restaurant, consumer products, franchising, construction, monitored home security, oil field services, RV dealerships and more.

Throughout his career, Tony has worked on 300+ M&A transactions, with hands-on experience in both domestic and international transactions ranging from $1M-$45B in deal value.

Tony holds a Master’s degree from Kaplan University and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Washburn University. Tony also teaches financial due diligence to the certification programs for both the AM&AA and the M&A Leadership Council and is on the Board of the DFW chapter of ACG, where he is in charge of the membership committee.
