Steven Rosenberg

Steven Rosenberg is a Senior Director within WTW’s M&A Practice and based in New York. He advises global clients on inorganic strategy, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, across all workstreams of the deal, pre and post transaction execution. Steven is a leader of our Metro NY M&A Roundtable and provides industry insights across the M&A landscape.

Steven joined WTW in August, 2023 from Wipro where he led Corporate Development for the iDEAS global business line. Prior to Wipro, and from 2014 thru 2021, Steven was Head of M&A and Inorganic Strategy for MMC Mercer, leading global transactions across Mercer’s Health, Wealth, and Career lines of business. While with Mercer, Steven transformed Mercer’s global business executing on numerous strategic transactions, enhancing and transforming talent consulting.

Living in New York City, Steven began his nearly 30 year career as an Investment Banker on Wall Street and transitioned to the corporate side where he held senior executive positions with both Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups, leading and advising on dozens of strategic transactions across multiple technology and services verticals.
