Armin Roeseler

Armin Roeseler is an innovative change agent who creates value by delivering technology that implements business strategies and resolves business challenges. In M&A situations, he applies a proven methodology to address issues at both the corporate and divisional level, and crafts practical solutions that improve technology operations. His practice focuses on both small-to-medium sized companies and Fortune 500 enterprises in multiple industries.

Serving clients of Fortium Partners, Armin has demonstrated an ability to bring structure and direction to challenging situations amidst changing business climates. He recently completed a multi-year engagement where he championed digital transformation of a global $2.5 billion manufacturer. He led strategic IT projects to integrate newly acquired companies, and engineered the spin-out of divisional units that were sold.

Armin Roeseler holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in Computer and Information Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering from Hochschule-Hannover in Hannover, Germany. He has been ranked 25th on InformationWeek’s Elite 100 List of IT Leaders, recognized for innovative uses of business technology and analytics. Armin was also named a CIO 100 Award Winner for the development of a retail mobile shopping app with patent pending image recognition technology. He is a published author, public speaker, U.S. Patent holder and Fulbright Fellow trained in Six Sigma methods.
