James Sharpe

James Sharpe is an M&A Consultant within the Global Services and Solutions (GSS) Group based in New York.

James focuses on providing solutions, guidance and advice to US Multinational companies on a variety of International Merger and Acquisition projects, with a focus on due diligence and integration project management roles. His role also covers advice on global benefits and compensation issues, through the M&A deal timeline.  As part of his role, James has two significant onsite PMO secondments, supporting multinational companies from announcement to Day One.

During his nine-year career at WTW, James has previously worked as an International Consultant within the GSS advising on global benefits and compensation issues such as pension and benefit plan design and implementation, multinational pooling and benefits financing, and serving as the East Coast expert resource for WTW's BenTrack tool.

James was previously based in WTW's UK retirement practice and holds a bachelor’s honours degree in management from the University of Warwick and is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute.
