Donald Nagle

Donald Nagle is a strategic change and transformation consultant with over 20 years of experience serving global clients. He has developed and implemented major change initiatives that span the value chain and cover all major functions.

He focuses on business-driven change, transition management, and organizational development. His experience includes work in executive coaching and alignment, workshop design and facilitation, leadership development, and process improvement.

Donald was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young. He has worked on multiple merger/acquisition integrations, including HP/CPQ, a global entertainment merger, and a software acquisition. Donald’s consulting clients have included multiple high-tech and software companies (SaaS and on-premise), as well as global financial services and consumer products companies. 

Within industry, Donald was a Senior Director at HP supporting the Worldwide Direct Route to Market, Americas Enterprise/Commercial Sales, and Post-Merger Integration and Strategic Consulting. Other industry and startup experience includes Marketing Operations, Professional Development, and Materials. Donald started his career in Manufacturing at IBM.

Donald earned his BS/MS from Stanford University in Industrial Engineering and did post-graduate work in Strategy and Organizational Theory at Columbia’s Graduate School of Business, focusing on “cooperation between competitors in multi-parent joint ventures.”
